Second highest ranking UX designer working on development of SAP’s omni-channel B2C experience management SaaS platform from inception to launch.

Own primary responsibility of retail-facing UX for a mobile-native development teams of 5 engineers and a progressive web app team of 4 engineers.

Facilitate mapping and brainstorming sessions bi-weekly with multiple sprint teams, ranging in size from 30-70 members, across 6 teams located across the US, UK, Canada, China, and Germany.

Deliver click-able prototypes and full design specs/mocks to be reviewed by VP-level stakeholders and then executed by development teams on a bi-weekly basis.

Projects: B2C omni-channel experience manager and retail science platform, iOS & Android mobile native apps, clienteling app, and in-store kiosk.

Sole designer of The Carbon Community branding and design guidelines.

Worked directly with founders to build their brand, meeting on a bi-weekly basis during the duration of the project.

Presented various flow options before finalizing on an optimized user experience for responsive web.

Second highest ranking UX designer working on development of SAP’s omnichannel B2C experience management SaaS platform from inception to launch. Assisted the team through building a design system from the ground up, creating a component library, and establishing reusable paradigms for the platform, (leading the design systems front for end-user applications).

Design for platform-critical areas such as Omni-channel experience creation and management (headed and headless), content management, distributed order management, in-store fulfillment, inventory management, AI components and alerts, category management, merchandising, universal payment gateway, data import/export/streaming, and API documentation design.

Facilitate and lead Commerce Domain-focused journey, mapping across 11 globally distributed teams every 2 weeks. In these sessions, we map user flows and ensure all personas are addressed- including headless developers using our microservices.
